During the process of finding our second home, Carole has been an invaluable resource to us and has guided and supported us every step of the way. She paid attention to every detail, was always on time and extremely reliable. Even though we were in the process of buying a house, we had vacation plans from before we started the process and Carole assured us that she will be handling the home inspection and everything else that came up in our absence. We first met Carole right before the pandemic began. She gave us a tour of the area which was so helpful as we were relocating from out of state. We continued to keep in touch for the following year as COVID prevented us from coming to see homes. She sent us information on market conditions in general and houses she thought we would like specifically. We spoke many times by phone during that period, and by the time we arrived in Wenatchee to search for a home in person we felt as if she were an old friend as well as a trusted real estate advisor. We searched in earnest together and within two months we found our beautiful new home. In all that time Carole was professional, prepared and prompt in all our interactions. She advised us as to suitability of various areas and informed us about local conditions such as availability of irrigation. When it came time to write an offer on our home she was extremely helpful and thoughtful in advising us on the current competitive market conditions, and she did excellent follow up work once our offer was submitted. Carole Keane was a truly fantastic realtor for me. She is extremely professional, highly communicative and does what is in the best interest of her client. She has an excellent read on the real estate market that she works within and is able to provide her clients with guidance accordingly. In my opinion, what sets Carole apart as a realtor is the consistency with which she guides her clients through the buying process. Unlike other realtors who are hands-off, or completely absent, once an offer is made - Carole goes to great lengths to remain involved and provide further assistance throughout the buying cycle. One thing, in particular, that she did which impressed me was insisting on a final walkthrough of the home with the Sellers present. This afforded me the opportunity to ask questions about the property (ie. Irrigation System, Water Main, Pool system functionality) directly to the Sellers so that I could walk into my new home with a clearer understanding of how everything works. Carole really went above-and-beyond for me and I would absolutely work with her again should I buy or sell a home again in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Carole Keane when purchasing a home in Wenatchee. Carole actually was the sellers realtor. We hadn't identified a realtor yet, but after contacting Carole initially to set up a viewing ourselves and then meeting her at the home, we were so impressed we asked if Carole was willing to represent us as well. I have only tried the dual broker arrangement once before and it was not very successful. That was not my experience here. Carole was truly fantastic! When we met her at the house for the initial viewing, she had prepared a packet that contained copies of anything and everything a potential buyer would be interested in including utility information, plot maps, house layout, and more. We literally had been looking at homes in the Leavenworth/Wenatchee area since January of 2019 and not one other realtor had been so prepared and helpful in showing us these other homes. Throughout the period before closing, Carole was incredibly diligent and prompt. She always got back to us on any questions or information within hours. Carole also had great recommendations for the inspections. As we were not local, Carole took her own time to meet the inspector at the house. Later in the process, we had to adjust the closing date a couple of times as we worked through delays with the lender and with the sellers closing on the home they were moving to. Carole did a fabulous job working with both the sellers and us to come up with a creative solution that worked for everyone. Carole has lived in the area for a long time and clearly knows everything one would want to know when considering a move there. She could not have been more personable, helpful, and responsive. Both the sellers and we were motivated to make this sale a success. Carole was the perfect partner to both of us in making this a great experience. During our house search since January, We have worked with 6 different realtors searching for someone we felt we could trust and who would go to bat for us. Carole was head and shoulders above anyone we have worked with. She truly is in a different league. Thank you, Carole, for everything!

Carole far exceeded my expectations for the role of a realtor/managing broker. She clearly had vision from her experience in helping us choose an appropriate listing price, which turned out to match the appraiser's figure. Living out of state I had to depend on her for choosing contractors for the repairs needed. Without her contacts and established relationships with local craftsmen, I would have been lost. Also, it really helped the whole process to move along quickly. I never did have to take time away from work to fly up for any decision making. My wife and I have known Carole Keane since 2002. I gave Carole 5 stars, the highest possible rating. If I could exceed this rating I would,?Carole deserves the highest rating on any scale. She made my wife and I feel at ease in this process. She is extremely well connected to the community. These connections gave us access to great services in our mortgage company and the inspection process. Carole told me many valuable things but perhaps the two most important: 'I will not steer you in the wrong direction' and 'walk away if you are not comfortable.' These statements were so important to me because I found myself being pulled toward homes that weren't necessarily what we wanted but would work. Carole was superb. She guided me thru a maze of unique situations that came along with my inherited property. Clearing titles, finding sewer permits, and other things. Very patient explaining everything. She made sure everything was in order so when it came time for inspections etc that there was nothing to fix. The paperwork was all perfect. She and the Title company made it very easy as I was out of state when the property closed and I could sign all the paperwork from my location. I would definitely recommend her for any real estate transactions you may have.

Carole was very patient in trying to find a house both my mom and I would like. I bought my house from Carole Keane 5 years ago. She found some houses to show me based on my initial request; while looking at those, I revised my description, and she was able to quickly change directions and find me what I was looking for. Being new to the state, I had questions (how things are done here, where to go for...) that weren't necessarily part of the realtor's job, and she always steered me right. BUT, Carole don't stop there. She continued to check in after the sale, has stayed in touch, and when I called recently for advice on how to upgrade my home, she clearly not only remembered who she was talking to, but remembered the house I bought over 5 years ago, out of how many she has shown and sold since! Amazing person!

When we decided to sell our house in the Seattle area and relocate to the Wenatchee valley we were referred to Carole Keane at Coldwell Banker in Wenatchee. Much to our surprise, during our one visit with Carole we found the house we were looking for. We made an offer and the process of buying the property began. Throughout the process of buying the home, our transaction took some very difficult, strange and stressful twists and turns. Carole was with us all the way. She listened, communicated, and didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone to call whoever needed to be contacted to get the sale and process back on track. After the sale closed, Carole followed through to make sure any unresolved issues were closed out to our satisfaction. One of those issues took three months to resolve. During that time, Carole contacted us every week or two to oversee the resolution and again, did not hesitate to pick up the phone and push the resolution along. Carole’s long time connection to the community and her excellent network of resources and professional services got the job done! During the past 40 plus years, we have bought and sold six properties. Carole rates number one over all of the real estate agents we have done business with. She listens, communicates very effectively, and shows great tenacity in being able to move the process along. Once we arrived in Washington she quickly came up with a number of properties all of which would have fit our needs but weren't quite right. She then located the house we now live in and followed up to both get the deal Nader way and subsequently to make sure we were happy. If we ever sell this house I couldn't conceive of using any other realtor. What a combination of a professional and great person.

Carole was a wonderful realtor. She has a vast knowledge of the Wenatchee area housing market. She was prompt in showing us any house we requested and she also showed us many houses we did not know about. Carole understood our family's needs exactly. During the offering and closing process, Carole was very detail-oriented. We had trouble getting an appraiser and she never tired working to get one as quickly as possible. She followed up on every detail necessary. Carole made buying a house in Wenatchee, a tight market, very smooth.
